Aalaap Raju (born 6 June 1979) is an Indian playback singer and a bass guitar player. He has sung for music directors such as Harris Jayaraj, Ilayaraja, Thaman, Imman, and Devan Ekambaram. He has also sung for several Christian and Hindu albums. His playback singing hits include "Engeyum Kaadhal" from Engeyum Kaadhal, "Enamo Aedho" from Ko, and "Kuthu Kuthu" from Ayyanar etc. He has also been playing the electric bass for several commercial bands and recording sessions in Chennai and other parts
